Whipping Up Windpower Sketch Video

The Mountain View Group gave me the call to illustrate this whiteboard "sketch" video telling the story of and urging Congress to renew the Wind Industry-supporting Production Tax Credit.

IN LATE 2012 Congress left the fate of of the Production Tax Credit ( a popular incentive that helps grow the wind industry ) twisting in the wind. Thats when The Mountain View Group gave me the call to illustrate this video for GE Energy that tells the story and urges renewal of this vital legislation.
PRE-SHOOT PREP WORK / Sketches shared and direction noted.
PRE-SHOOT WHITEBOARD PRACTICE /  Reuniting with the dry erase markers / creating reverse type with charcoal smudge sticks / being able to draw a coal car and a cooling tower riding a tandem bike is one of the highlights of the presentation.
UPDATE / THE WIND INDUSTRY IS NOW FLYING HIGH since Congress renewed the Production Tax Credit in January of 2013. Read about it here.
